Site 1 — Peters Street

1100 Peters St, Dallas, TX 75215 — Units 411, 501 and 508

Scope at Site 1

Units 411 and 501 are emptied completely and everything is delivered to Calendar Court. The single exception is one queen bed, which stays in the building and goes up to Unit 508.

1.1
Unit 411Clear the unit completely
All contents out — furniture, boxes, closets, cabinets, balcony or patio, and any storage assigned to the unit. Beds are the only items that come apart. Bag and tape each bed's hardware to its own frame. Everything else moves intact.
1.2
Unit 501Clear the unit completely
Same standard as 411. All contents out, nothing left in closets, cabinets, or storage.
1.3
411to 508Relocate one queen bed inside the building
One queen bed set from Unit 411 moves to Unit 508 and is reassembled there, in the bedroom that currently holds the queen bed. This is the only item that does not go to Calendar Court. Set it up complete — frame, headboard if present, and all hardware — and leave it ready to make up.
1.4
411 and 501Load all contents for delivery to Calendar Court
Everything from both units is loaded and transported to 2332 Calendar Court. Keep bed hardware with its own frame and keep king and queen parts separated — four beds are reassembled at the other end and mixed hardware is the most common cause of a failed setup.

Site 2 — Calendar Court

2332 Calendar Court — delivery, placement and assembly

Scope at Site 2

Unload into the room each piece belongs in. Four beds are assembled here, each in a named room. Do not stage everything in the living room for someone else to sort.

2.1
Unload and place by room
All contents from Units 411 and 501 delivered and placed in the room they belong in. Count the pieces off the truck with the Agape representative before the crew leaves.
2.2
Assemble four beds — see the room assignments below
Each bed fully assembled in its assigned room: frame, rails, slats or platform, headboard where one exists, and all hardware tightened. Mattress placed on the frame. Beds are not left leaning against a wall in pieces.
2.3
Move the refrigerator to the carport
Placed in the carport, upright, doors secured. Do not lay it on its side. If a water line is attached, disconnect it first and cap or tie it off so it does not drip.

Two kings and two queens. Confirm each mattress matches the frame it is being built into before tightening hardware — a queen mattress on a king frame is the error that gets caught after the crew has gone.

Standards that apply to both sites

These are part of the priced scope, not extras

Included in the price

  • Disposal of unwanted items and junk removal, including items not generated by this move. Anything in Units 411 or 501 that is not being delivered to Calendar Court is removed and disposed of by the vendor. Both units are left empty.
  • Furniture, mattresses, mirrors, screens, lamps and artwork wrapped and protected in transit.
  • Floors, door frames, corners and elevator surfaces protected at every address.
  • Bed hardware, remotes, cables and small parts bagged and labeled to the piece they came from.
  • Items labeled by destination before loading, so the Unit 508 bed is never mixed into the Calendar Court load.
  • Pieces counted with the Agape representative at both load and unload.
  • Before and after photographs of every room at Peters St, submitted through this page.
  • Pre-existing damage photographed before loading; anything damaged in transit reported before the crew leaves the site.
  • Packing material, boxes, wrap, tape and moving debris removed from every unit and hauled off — not left at the curb, in the dumpster room, or in the carport.
  • Work areas, hallways and elevator lobbies left clear and swept at all addresses.
  • Truck confirmed empty and both Peters St units walked with the Agape representative before departure.

Not included unless you price it separately below

  • Packing loose items into boxes, or supplying boxes and packing material.
  • Storage of any kind, overnight or otherwise.
  • Hanging artwork, mounting televisions, or installing window coverings.
  • Appliance disconnection or reconnection beyond moving the refrigerator as described.
  • Cleaning of any unit beyond clearing the crew's own debris.
